We founded Good Genetics Aesthetics because we firmly believe in the power of natural results. We are the inventors of the Italian Lip Technique — Italian Lips by Natalie Faccini™ — an approach designed to create subtle outcomes. Our goal is for your results to be so naturally beautiful that they could easily be mistaken for Good Genetics!
Natalie Faccini founded Good Genetics Aesthetics and is an award-winning, fully qualified aesthetic practitioner with over 15 years in the beauty industry. She was also a judge in the Aesthetics Championship UK in 2025.
In April 2025 we opened the doors to our new clinic in Victoria, London. Spread over two floors, the practice features two treatment rooms and a dedicated reception area — designed to deliver comfortable, efficient care in a modern setting.

Natalie Faccini - Owner and Senior Practitioner
Natalie Faccini is the founder of Good Genetics Aesthetics and the creator of the trademarked Italian Lip Technique - Italian Lips by Natalie Faccini™ .
Natalie Faccini is an award-winning, fully qualified aesthetic practitioner with over 15 years of experience in the aesthetics industry. She holds an OFQUAL-regulated Level 7 qualification in Aesthetic Medicine, reflecting the highest standard of postgraduate training in non-surgical cosmetic treatments.
In 2025, she served as a judge for the Lips Category at the prestigious Aesthetics Championship UK, recognizing her expertise and respected position within the field. Early in her career, she recognized her attention to detail and perfectionism as her core strengths. Natalie prides herself on providing outstanding, tailored treatments that enhance each individual's natural beauty, using only safe and high-quality products.
Natalie is fluent in Italian, English, German and basic Spanish.
Dr. Sibel Emilie Huet, M.D., MSc - Junior Practitioner
Dr Sibel Emilie Huet is a GMC-registered medical doctor with a background in Internal Medicine and a special interest in Dermatology and Aesthetic Medicine. She completed her medical degree at Acıbadem University and holds a Master’s degree from University College London.
Dr Sibel has been practising in the UK for the past five years. She is currently completing the Level 7 Diploma in Aesthetic Medicine with Harley Academy, alongside advanced training in aesthetic procedures. She combines clinical expertise with an evidence-based, holistic approach to skin health and rejuvenation. Her philosophy centres on achieving natural-looking results that enhance rather than alter, with a strong emphasis on patient safety and personalised care.
Sibel is fluent in English, French, Turkish, and Spanish.
Anders Björkstål - Owner and Clinic Manager
Anders Björkstål has a background in investment banking and investment management. In 2024, he transitioned into the aesthetics sector to co-develop Good Genetics Aesthetics alongside founder Natalie Faccini, with a focus on day-to-day operations of the clinic.
Anders holds a Bachelor of Science in Financial Economics from the University of Gothenburg.
Anders is fluent in Swedish and English.
