Terms And conditions

When booking an appointment with Good Genetics Aesthetics, you are required to agree to the following terms and conditions:

Your decision—please read carefully!

You have the right to decline treatment and to ask any additional questions if you do not fully understand any aspect of this agreement. By signing the consultation form, you confirm that you have read and understood the provided information. You also agree to indemnify and hold the treating clinician harmless from any liability, costs, damages, or expenses arising from the treatment.

Once treatment begins, you are responsible for the full cost of the procedure. Please note that refunds are not available under any circumstances.

All treatments carry risks, and it is your responsibility to familiarize yourself with these risks to make an informed decision.

Treatment outcomes

While we strive to achieve excellent results for all our patients, individual outcomes may vary. Certain treatment areas may respond differently, and the duration of results may be shorter than anticipated. Various factors, including genetics, metabolism, age, medical history, and natural anatomy, can influence the outcome. As such, we cannot guarantee specific results for any treatment.

Potential adverse reactions include, but are not limited to: pain, itching, bruising, swelling, inflammation, infection, skin necrosis due to vascular occlusion, numbness, and scarring. Though rare, these reactions can cause permanent damage.

I acknowledge that my practitioner is trained to use Hyaluronidase to address vascular occlusion if necessary and give full permission for its use in case of complications.

If you wish to have the filler removed, please be aware that multiple sessions may be required depending on the treatment area, filler thickness, and your individual anatomy.

Agreement to terms

By signing this document, you agree to the following:

  • Consent to the use of anesthesia if needed.
  • Understand that photos will be taken and stored for 10 years, but will not be used without your consent.
  • Acknowledge that this treatment is primarily for cosmetic purposes and may not be medically necessary.
  • Understand that dermal fillers are charged per vial, and any additional medical costs due to complications are the patient's responsibility.
  • Acknowledge that no full or partial refunds are offered.
  • Understand that the clinic is not open 24 hours. If complications arise, it is your responsibility to seek medical assistance or return to the clinic if possible. This is important to consider if you are traveling from a distance.
  • Confirm that you have had the opportunity to 'cool off' and feel prepared to make a well-informed decision.
  • Acknowledge that there are no long-term studies for new procedures, and the treating practitioner is not responsible for any faults or adverse effects from the product, nor for any related medical expenses.
  • Recognize that in the event of an adverse reaction, your first contact should be your practitioner. We encourage you to address concerns with us first before seeking advice elsewhere, as doing so may invalidate our review process and your insurance coverage.

Cancellation policy

Failure to attend a scheduled appointment or provide 24 hours' notice for rescheduling will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.

Late arrival

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your treatment may be refused, and your deposit forfeited.

By paying a deposit or booking fee, you confirm that you have read and agree to the Terms and Conditions of Good Genetics Aesthetics.
